Therapy for Perfectionism

Is perfectionism running the show? Constantly raising the bar, fueling self-criticism, or making it hard to rest? I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect to yourself. Together, we’ll explore how perfectionism has served you and where it’s getting in the way, in a setting where you don’t need to perform or “get it right.” Therapy will be a space where you can be honest about the pressure you carry, while also learning concrete strategies that actually make life feel lighter.

Drawing on ACT, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, we’ll work on shifting unhelpful patterns, softening harsh inner expectations, and building habits of flexibility and self-compassion. The goal isn’t to lose your drive or standards, it’s to help you move through the world with more freedom, steadiness, and confidence. Therapy can support you in building a life guided by your values, not by fear of mistakes.
