About Dr. Horn
Natalie Horn
Ph.D. & Licensed Psychologist
My Approach: I take a person-centered, action-oriented, evidence-based approach to therapy. That means that our work begins with a strong relationship- one built on empathy, trust, and genuine presence. I show up authentically and meet you where you are.
From that foundation, we work together to turn insight into movement. I bring purposeful structure and strategies from research-supported modalities. You can expect me to support you while simultaneously helping you identify patterns keeping you stuck and encourage you to make changes that will help you grow. You’ll be supported in building clarity, confidence, and practical skills that will help you move through challenges outside of the therapy room.
My Goal: For you to leave sessions feeling deeply heard and meaningfully supported, with new perspectives for the challenges you face and actionable steps that help create lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to the life you want to build.

Additional Credentials
The human behind the psychologist
I have been a long-distance runner since 2009. I mostly run ultra-distance races on trails now, but previously enjoyed marathon running for 8+ years. Running has taught me that if we have the courage to set an audacious goal, the resilience to work for something day after day, and the flexibility to embrace progress over perfection, we are capable of achieving so much more than we thought possible.
I am a recreational skydiver with 350+ skydives. Skydiving has helped me embrace mindfulness and encouraged me to savor the wondrous, amazing moments humans can experience.
I am a part time “van lifer”. I enjoy spending between 100-150 nights a year in my camper van with my partner and dogs. Being outside in nature helps me relax and unwind.
