Desert to Peaks Psychology is hiring part-time/full-time therapists in Colorado and Arizona! Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or related mental health field

  • Resident of either Arizona or Colorado

  • Current, active license in either Arizona or Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent). Associate-level clinicians who require supervision but are in the process of applying for licensure will also be considered.

  • Strong clinical skills and experience with evidence-based treatment approaches

  • Professional, reliable, and compassionate, with a commitment to client-centered care

  • Computer proficiency and access to computer

Responsibilities

• Maintain 15+ clients per week 
• Build strong rapport and maintain a good retention rate  
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation using an electronic health record system
• Attend monthly staff meeting
• Maintain licensure requirements

• Per session hourly wage up to $100
