Jessica Cronk, M.A
Licensed Associate ClinicianJessica brings nearly a decade of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and complex family and relational dynamics.
Jessica has a warm, steady style and a deep understanding of how anxiety, depression, and a feeling of not being good enough show up for people who are outwardly successful but internally struggling. Her approach to therapy is holistic. She skillfully blends cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients shift patterns that contribute to anxiety, stress, or a sense that they are not doing enough.
Using a CBT-informed approach, Jessica helps clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns driving anxiety and perfectionism, while building practical coping strategies that reduce stress and support more balanced, flexible thinking.
She is also well versed in helping clients navigate complex family and relational patterns, develop healthy boundaries, and enjoy more secure, fulfilling relationships.
Outside the therapy room, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and dog.
