Jessica Cronk, M.A
Licensed Associate Clinician
Jessica brings nearly a decade of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, and complex family and relational dynamics.
Jessica’s approach to therapy is holistic. She blends cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients shift patterns that contribute to anxiety, feelings of emotional overwhelm, or a sense that they are not doing enough. Jessica is skilled at helping clients identify tools to manage stress and anxiety, as well as helping clients navigate complex family and relational dynamics, develop healthy boundaries, and enjoy more secure, fulfilling relationships.
Jessica is trained to provide Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which are specialized treatments for OCD and trauma. Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed, collaborative approach that honors how personal and relational experiences impact wellbeing and the therapeutic process.
