Meet the Team
Exceptional care begins with an exceptional team
Every member on our team has been carefully selected not only for their education and experience, but for the qualities that matter most in the therapy room: warmth, authenticity, clinical skill, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping people create meaningful change.
Our clinicians share a common foundation in evidence-based treatment, while also bringing their own unique strengths, experiences, and areas of expertise. We invest heavily in ongoing consultation, training, and professional development to ensure that every client receives thoughtful, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
When you work with a clinician from Desert to Peaks Psychology, you can feel confident knowing that you are receiving care grounded in the same standards of excellence that define our practice.

Janelle Westfall, M.S., LPC
Janelle enjoys working with adults who are curious, motivated, and interested in personal growth. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and the demands that often accompany leadership, caregiving, career transitions, parenting, and high achievement. She is passionate about helping clients gain deeper self-understanding, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Clients describe Janelle as warm, authentic, and practical. She strives to create a supportive environment where individuals feel understood while also gaining new perspectives, building resilience, and taking meaningful steps toward the life they want to create.
Outside of therapy, Janelle enjoys endurance cycling, running, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband and two daughters. She believes in a whole-person approach to wellness, recognizing the important connections between mental health, physical health, relationships, purpose, and overall quality of life.
Janelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly 30 years of experience in behavioral health. She has also served in executive leadership roles within integrated healthcare organizations. These experiences have provided her with a deep appreciation for the challenges many adults face while balancing demanding careers, leadership responsibilities, caregiving, family relationships, life transitions, and personal well-being.
Jessica Cronk, M.A., LAC
Jessica brings nearly a decade of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and complex family and relational dynamics.
Jessica has a warm, steady style and a deep understanding of how anxiety, depression, and a feeling of not being good enough show up for people who are outwardly successful but internally struggling. Her approach to therapy is holistic. She skillfully blends cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients shift patterns that contribute to anxiety, stress, or a sense that they are not doing enough.
Using a CBT-informed approach, Jessica helps clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns driving anxiety and perfectionism, while building practical coping strategies that reduce stress and support more balanced, flexible thinking.
She is also well versed in helping clients navigate complex family and relational patterns, develop healthy boundaries, and enjoy more secure, fulfilling relationships.
Outside the therapy room, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and dog.

George
While he doesn't hold a psychology license (and has shown little interest in completing the required paperwork), our border collie-husky mix takes his role as Chief Comfort Officer very seriously. George possesses a calm and affectionate nature, an impressive amount of emotional intelligence, and a talent for making people feel welcome. His therapeutic contributions consist primarily of tail wags, strategic snuggles, and contributing to the warm and inviting environment that we value at our practice. George occasionally joins us in the office and has become a favorite among many clients.
A Personal Note from Dr. Horn
One of the questions I hear most often is:
"If I can't work directly with you, who would you recommend?"
My answer is simple: one the clinicians on this page. I have been extremely intentional about building a team I trust. Each clinician was selected because of their clinical skill, professional integrity, ability to form meaningful therapeutic relationships, and commitment to evidence-based care. These are clinicians I would confidently refer my own family members, friends, and colleagues to.
Although each therapist brings their own personality, style, and specialized expertise, we share a common commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and effective care. I remain actively involved in mentoring, consulting, and supporting our clinical team to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of care.
My goal is not simply to help you find a therapist. My goal is to help you find the right therapist.
