Therapy for Depression

When you’re feeling low, drained, or disconnected, it can be hard to make sense of what’s happening or to imagine things improving. Therapy provides a space where you can talk openly about the challenges you’re facing, without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll make room for your experience, explore the factors contributing to low mood, and determine what you need to feel more supported and whole.

Alongside relational support, we use evidence-based tools from CBT, behavioral activation, and mindfulness to help you take manageable steps forward. We’ll look at routines, thought patterns, values, and coping skills to gently rebuild momentum and reconnect you with meaning, motivation, and energy.
